10 Other Things Rush Limbaugh Won't Tell You About His Diet
Conservative talk icon Rush Limbaugh has lost 58 lbs in a little less than 90-days using a diet he says he's unable to share with listeners because, "It's too complicated." Apparently he has been able to accomplish these results with no exercise other than golf, and he went on to explain:
"It would take me 45 minutes every day to tell you what the diet plan is and answer all your questions about why it works. All I can tell you is is that it's about 1500 calories a day, but you don't count 'em. I don't know the caloric intake of one thing I'm eating. All I know is that it adds up to about 1500 calories."
So, since Rush is insisting on being a little vague about his mystery diet, we did some sleuthing and determined a few of the other secrets he's not sharing with you about his diet.
10) Every time he tells a lie he loses one pound.
9) The secret ingredient is OxyContin.
8) Only 10% of his diet is actually grown in America.
7) All the fat he loses trickles down so it can be enjoyed by the working class.
6) Stomach stapling may have played a small role.
5) The diet was prompted by his desire to finally be able to see his own "stimulus package."
4) He plans to put all the weight back on in one glorious pork rind bender.
3) His main source of protein is aborted fetuses.
2) It involves being waterboarded with gravy until you can't stand the sight of it.
1) Obama actually deserves the credit.

Keep Drinking The Kool-Aid!!! Obama will kill the American Dream.
Posted On: Friday, Jun. 5 2009 @ 2:48PMSeriously, he is probably doing something close to the Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno. No calorie counting, eating small amount of protein and complex carbs every few hours. It actually works without the 10 things listed above.
Posted On: Saturday, Jun. 6 2009 @ 6:46AMWow, that's some quality comedy for a 12 year old member of the Hitler youth. How tasteless!! Not surprising though as I've never met a committed liberal that wasn't disturbingly bitter person.

Posted On: Sunday, Jun. 21 2009 @ 11:07AMWho needs these complicated diets? There is an exciting alternative just around the corner. Soon, we will have… the Obamadiet! Sure! You are guaranteed permanent weight loss! After he graciously and swiftly passes the necessary legislation to regulate what we can and cannot eat and drink, the fear of the consequences of obtaining and consuming the soon to be black market food stuffs, will surely turn us off to such foolish ideas, and fall in line like good little dieters. Of course, that will only be the beginning, as the obamaconomy progresses on its current and steady course. The rationed bread and soup lines are likely to be long enough that the average individual will receive their daily required dose of exercise. Plus overindulgence will be a thing of the past. Those "dreamers" among us who still possess the flame of ambition and have managed to retain their jobs, will be forced to charitably forfeit over half of their pay to the rest and majority of us who will be anxiously awaiting our well earned and deserved welfare checks. The job possessors will certainly remain extra cautious and dare not take seconds at the dinner table, and restaurants will be but a distant memory. Just the same, the welfare recipients will be restricted to, a very generous and healthy, one loaf per week. Wow! This diet is genius and certain to work! That is, if the overweight, drug addicted liar, Rush Limbaugh, fails to derail and stop it. Let's HOPE not! You can read more about this diet and other brilliant, tried and true ideas in: The Communist Manifesto, Karl Marx, 1848; The Audacity of Hope, Barack Hussein Obama, 2006; Rules for Radicals, Saul Alinsky, 1971.
Posted On: Thursday, Jul. 23 2009 @ 10:20PM*Possible side effects include: significant weight loss of the wallet; literal ignorance; deep depression; severe alcoholism; and suicide. People who are currently suffering from intelligence, common sense, ambition, and responsibility should avoid this diet or consult with their lobotomist prior to starting.
Yeah, you "tolerant" liberals kill me......loser!
Posted On: Monday, Jul. 27 2009 @ 10:49AMFunny how the liberal baby killer claims the conservative baby protector eats fetuses. I was actually surprised since most liberals would wholeheartedly approve of recycling fetuses into food along with all the old people the new healthcare reform bill is going to force into sustainable retirement home/sausage factories. I can see the slogan now. "For a small DNC donation we can recycle any uselesss member of your family younger than 4 and older than 65 into healthy sustainable Kielbasa." It would fit completely into Obama/Holdrens world view of population control.
Posted On: Thursday, Jul. 30 2009 @ 6:26AMThe first time I saw your website was the page on the Rush Limbaugh Diet.
Posted On: Thursday, Jul. 30 2009 @ 11:15AMYou are a poor excuse for a comedian, intolerant, and a lousy source of information. I won't look at a second page on your site or ever bother to come back
A sensible person wouldn't go anywhere near a diet titled the Rush Limbaugh diet ‘cause they know well that cigars, Oxycontin, racism, lack of education, and being reactionary don't make for a good diet. However, people are trying to pry the secret of the Rush Limbaugh diet from his fingers – and he won't let it go. (He also won't let go of his racism!) He recently revealed that he had undergone weight loss treatment, and had lost well over 60 pounds, mostly thanks to a Quick Weight Loss Center diet program based on – here's the kicker – low calorie, low fat foods. (Radical, we know.) Eating fewer calories – I wouldn't give short term loans to get the Rush Limbaugh diet – it's easy to do it yourself.

Posted On: Friday, Oct. 23 2009 @ 11:52PMCan't admit he doesn't have will power.
What's the big deal. It's a given that if they won't talk about the "diet" they have had medical intervention.
Rush can't be honest about ANYTHING.
